Not at this time. Metal Building Solutions is currently operating as a proof of concept for qualified metal building dealers. Dealers can register, submit projects, and use the available dealer tools without a membership fee. Program features and pricing may change as the platform develops.

No. MBOS helps promote your projects and connect customers with your dealership; it does not sell buildings or compete for your customers.

Applicants should be reputable metal building dealers with an established business and a physical office location. Metal Building Solutions reviews each registration before providing full access to the Dealer Portal.

Initial registration requires your name, company name, email address, phone number, and a secure password. After registration, you will be asked to complete your Dealer Profile with additional business, contact, service-area, and vendor information.

Dealers should provide photographs of the completed building, a customer contract, building specifications, the project location, vendor information, and a brief explanation of the customer’s needs and the solution provided.

Customer contracts and other supporting documents are used for review purposes and are not displayed publicly.

No. MBOS does not take a commission from your sales. The customer transaction remains entirely between your dealership and the customer.

Each submitted project is reviewed by a Metal Building Solutions specialist for completeness, presentation, and suitability for publication. If information is missing or changes are needed, the project may be returned to the dealer with instructions.

Approved projects can be displayed on Metal Building Solutions and, when enabled, on the dealer’s own website.

An inquiry generated from one of your projects is assigned exclusively to your dealership. It is not sent to another dealer or placed into a general lead pool.

Metal Building Solutions may track the inquiry and follow up with your dealership to help ensure the prospective customer receives a timely response.

Metal Building Solutions may send reminders or contact the assigned dealer to confirm whether the prospective customer has been contacted.

A project-specific inquiry will not automatically be reassigned. Another dealer would only be considered if the original dealer declines the opportunity, cannot serve the customer’s location or needs, or the customer specifically requests another option.

A general inquiry is one that was not generated from a specific dealer or dealer project. These inquiries may be assigned based on the customer’s location, dealer service area, building type, manufacturer requirements, current availability, and demonstrated responsiveness.

Project-specific inquiries remain connected to the dealer whose project generated the customer’s interest.

Customer names, contracts, pricing, dealer costs, private contact information, and exact project addresses are not displayed publicly.

Only approved information intended for publication—such as photographs, general building specifications, project descriptions, and a general location such as city and state—may appear on the website.

Approved dealers can use the Online Presence tools inside the Dealer Portal to display approved projects on their existing websites. Metal Building Solutions provides dealer-specific website code that can be added to a new or existing Projects page.

Approved projects can then appear automatically without the dealer recreating each project. Any inquiry submitted through the dealer’s website project display is connected directly to that dealership and is not shared with another dealer.

Registered dealers can submit a request through the Dealer Support form. Include your business name, contact information, and a brief description of the issue so the Metal Building Solutions team can assist you.
