When you request information about a particular dealer’s project, MBOS may provide that inquiry to that project’s dealer.
MBOS does not currently sell consumer leads or personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain analytics or advertising technology as “sharing” personal information even when no money is exchanged. Visitors can manage optional analytics through the cookie controls provided on the website.
5. Dealer Website Widgets
Participating dealers may place an MBOS project-display widget on their own websites.
When a widget loads, the dealer’s website may request project information and images from MBOS. As part of delivering and protecting the widget, our servers may receive limited technical information, such as:

- Requested project or image
- Referring website
- Date and time of the request
The dealer is separately responsible for the privacy practices, cookies, and tracking technologies used on the dealer’s own website.

Metal Building Solutions currently serves customers and dealers in the United States and does not offer products, services, or dealer referrals to residents of the European Union or European Economic Area.
