The customer wanted to build a smaller self-storage facility but found that a traditional red iron building exceeded their budget. They also needed a design that accommodated only 8-foot roll-up doors, making it difficult to find a cost effective building solution that met both their financial goals and functional requirements.

We designed a cost-effective self-storage building using durable galvanized tubular steel instead of a traditional red iron structure, significantly reducing the project cost by 18%. The building was customized with secure, lockable 8-foot roll-up doors, giving the customer the functionality and below their budget.
