40′ × 60′ Commercial Metal Workshop and Equipment Storage Building (Copy) - Alamo, Texas

The customer needed a durable, low-maintenance building to store equipment, complete repair and maintenance projects, and protect valuable tools from the weather. Their existing storage area was overcrowded and did not provide enough overhead clearance for larger vehicles and machinery. They also wanted a professional-looking building that would complement the property and provide room for future business growth.

A 40-foot-wide by 60-foot-long custom metal building was designed with a 16-foot height and a clear-span interior. The building included a large 14-foot by 14-foot commercial roll-up door for equipment access, a covered walk-in entrance, an insulated interior, bright LED lighting, and a reinforced concrete foundation. Charcoal-gray wall panels, a black roof and trim, and stone wainscoting gave the building a clean and professional appearance.

The completed building provided the customer with a spacious, organized, and weather-protected facility for equipment storage and daily workshop activities. Vehicles and machinery can now move easily through the large overhead door, while tools and supplies remain secure and protected. The insulated interior and LED lighting created a comfortable and efficient working environment. The finished building also improved the overall appearance and value of the property.
